Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, label, and verify high-value shipments using advanced inventory systems
- Operate automated packing equipment and material handling machinery with precision
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation protocols
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure packaging meets premium client standards
- Optimize packing workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize material waste
- Train junior staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Utilize WMS software to track and document packing activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume order packing experience in warehouse/distribution setting
- Proficiency with automated packing equipment and barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain 99.9% accuracy rate
- Familiarity with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
