Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual lifting techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy and document discrepancies in warehouse management systems
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas to maximize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Operate warehouse equipment (certification training provided)
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
