Responsibilities
- Efficiently pack and prepare high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Operate automated packing systems and quality control equipment
- Coordinate with inventory management to maintain real-time stock accuracy
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize packing workflows
- Train and mentor junior packers on best practices and safety protocols
- Conduct detailed quality checks before shipment dispatch
- Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily performance targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional order packing experience
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic forklift operation certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
