Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy for retail and restaurant clients
- Maintain organized warehouse zones and comply with HACCP safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak loading/unloading operations
- Complete daily paperwork and digital logs for inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Alaska driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Comfortable working in cold environments (winter gear provided)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Flexible availability for nights/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
