Key Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the visual design language for System 2026, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to validate design decisions for futuristic workflows.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and strategists to deliver high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes.
- Drive the adoption of design systems and component libraries to scale our product offerings efficiently.
- Mentor junior designers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and creativity within the team.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional experience in Product Design or UX/UI, with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product ownership.
- Expert proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for complex data visualizations and AI-driven interfaces is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
