Responsibilities
- Algorithm Development: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms optimized for NISQ (Noisy Intermediate-Scale Quantum) devices.
- System Architecture: Lead the architectural design of quantum neural networks and machine learning frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize qubit coherence times and reduce error rates in computational models.
- Research Leadership: Mentor a team of junior researchers and stay ahead of industry trends for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaboration: Partner with hardware engineers to improve quantum processor interfaces.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation and whitepapers for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
