Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for international and domestic freight
- Manage documentation compliance (customs forms, bills of lading, certificates of origin)
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and delivery times
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Track shipments using TMS platforms and provide real-time updates
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify process improvements
- Resolve logistics issues and maintain shipment visibility
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency in TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Expert knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong data analysis skills with Excel proficiency
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in high-volume environments
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
