Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99% accuracy using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, conveyor systems) safely
- Verify product quality and quantity before shipment
- Organize inventory in designated zones for optimal workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekend shift deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized work area per safety standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hour shifts)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Blvd, Charlotte
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with possible holiday shifts
- No prior experience required – training provided
