Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Manage inventory levels and optimize warehouse space utilization
- Track shipments in real-time using our proprietary logistics software
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align shipping timelines
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international shipping regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics management
- Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CSCP preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
