Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and route optimization
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Collaborate with customs brokers and international partners for cross-border shipments
- Implement cost-effective shipping solutions while maintaining service quality standards
- Track and analyze shipping KPIs to identify process improvement opportunities
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and other regulatory requirements
- Train and mentor junior shipping team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping/logistics coordination with international exposure
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (CSCP, CLTD, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally for warehouse inspections
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
