Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations across air, ocean, and ground carriers
- Manage customs documentation compliance for international shipments
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to reduce transit times by 15%
- Oversee warehouse receiving and inventory control for 10k+ SKUs
- Resolve shipment exceptions and provide real-time tracking updates
- Collaborate with sales team on client-specific logistics solutions
- Analyze shipping metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in international shipping/logistics coordination
- Expert knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and customs regulations
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Certified Customs Broker license or equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Power BI capabilities
- Fluency in English/Spanish (Portuguese a plus)
- Ability to manage 50+ concurrent shipments simultaneously
- OSHA Forklift certification
