Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across truck, rail, and air carriers using TMS systems
- Manage documentation compliance including customs forms, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
- Optimize routing and carrier selection to minimize costs while meeting delivery SLAs
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve transit exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory staging
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for logistics management
- Maintain relationships with 3PL partners and freight forwarders
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping coordination or logistics operations
- Proficiency with TMS platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, Oracle Transportation)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Experience managing multi-modal transportation networks
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma required; Supply Chain certification preferred
