Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, customs forms)
- Track shipments in real-time using TMS platforms
- Resolve delivery exceptions and carrier disputes
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and transit times
- Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams
- Maintain compliance with DOT and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency in TMS software (Oracle, Manhattan, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume shipments under pressure
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
