Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes including documentation, carrier selection, and customs clearance
- Monitor shipment status proactively and resolve transit delays with urgency
- Optimize routing and freight consolidation to minimize costs while meeting SLAs
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customs teams for integrated operations
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and generate performance reports
- Implement continuous improvements in shipping workflows and documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in freight coordination or supply chain operations
- Proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder preferred)
- Familiarity with INCOTERMS and international shipping regulations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret shipping data
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (CLM/CPIM) a plus
