Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for high-value tech products, including documentation, customs clearance, and carrier selection
- Optimize transportation routes and schedules to minimize costs while meeting strict delivery SLAs
- Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international partners to resolve shipment issues
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain compliance with DOT, IATA, and international trade regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or supply chain management
- Proficiency in logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in logistics management (CSCP, CLTD, or CPIM) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
