Responsibilities
- Conduct daily inventory counts using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Track and reconcile inventory discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate digital records in ERP/WMS platforms
- Coordinate with procurement team for stock replenishment
- Audit warehouse layouts and storage procedures
- Generate monthly inventory reports for management
- Train staff on inventory control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years inventory management experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Excel and inventory software
- Forklift certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of supply chain principles
- Valid Texas driver's license
