Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping operations for high-volume B2B clients using TMS and WMS platforms
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for international shipments across 15+ countries
- Optimize freight routes and negotiate carrier contracts to reduce costs by 15%
- Track shipments in real-time and proactively resolve delivery exceptions
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Generate monthly performance reports and KPI dashboards for leadership
- Implement sustainable shipping practices to reduce carbon footprint
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in logistics/shipping coordination with international exposure
- Proficiency in TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Descartes) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in customs brokerage (ACE or CBP) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure scenarios
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and export regulations
