Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for international and domestic shipments
- Manage customs documentation, compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with carriers, warehouses, and clients to ensure timely deliveries
- Track shipments using logistics software and provide real-time updates
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in shipping coordination or logistics
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
