Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end international shipments via air, sea, and ground freight
- Manage customs documentation and compliance with US Customs regulations
- Optimize shipping routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and clients
- Track shipments proactively and resolve logistics disruptions
- Analyze shipping data to identify process improvements
- Train junior coordinators on logistics software and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in international shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS)
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and export compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Spanish language proficiency required (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
