Responsibilities
- Accurately count and reconcile inventory using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain real-time inventory records and generate cycle count reports
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies through root cause analysis
- Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for stock replenishment
- Implement FIFO rotation protocols and maintain organized storage zones
- Support annual physical inventory audits and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years inventory management or warehouse experience
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and RF scanning
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Basic Excel skills for data reporting and analysis
