Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems using modern web technologies (2026 stack).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and Engineering) to define features and technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed, efficiency, and reliability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployments to production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong portfolio of deployed applications.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder updates.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
