Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the comprehensive 2026 Technology & Operations Roadmap, aligning long-term goals with immediate actionable milestones.
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Sustainable Tech to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align engineering, product, and marketing teams on the 2026 vision.
- Oversee the transition of legacy systems to next-generation infrastructure, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Present complex strategic proposals to C-Suite executives and board members with clarity and persuasion.
- Identify potential risks and mitigations in future tech adoption strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Product Management, or Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year strategic initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Blockchain, IoT) and their market implications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills; experience managing diverse, global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
