Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Translate complex market trends and user insights into a cohesive, actionable product roadmap that aligns with business growth targets.
- Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and engineering leads to prioritize features that deliver maximum ROI and competitive advantage.
- Roadmap Execution: Manage the delivery pipeline, ensuring milestones for the 2026 release cycle are met on time and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex product strategies to diverse audiences, from technical developers to non-technical investors.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Utilize analytics to measure success and iterate on product features to enhance user retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, or Business Development, with a proven track record of leading major product launches.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Computing).
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to see the 'big picture' and identify long-term opportunities while managing short-term tactical needs.
- Communication: Superior written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
