Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies like AI and Edge Computing to integrate into our core stack.
- System Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of robust, distributed systems capable of handling high-scale enterprise data and real-time processing.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Tech Due Diligence: Evaluate third-party vendors and emerging tech solutions to ensure they align with our long-term strategic goals.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee system reliability and performance, implementing best practices for DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior technical leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated experience with AI integration, quantum computing concepts, or next-gen security protocols.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-pressure environments.
