Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inventory with precision using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak season operations
- Maintain OSHA-compliant safety protocols across all zones
- Optimize warehouse workflows through continuous improvement initiatives
- Train new associates on advanced equipment (reach trucks, order pickers)
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Support automation systems integration and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/fulfillment experience in leadership role
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Advanced proficiency with WMS and RF scanning technology
- Forklift certification (high reach equipment preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work 10-12 hour shifts
- Strong analytical skills for inventory variance resolution
- Spanish bilingual proficiency required
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
