Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols across 50,000 sq ft facility
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Train new associates on SOPs and equipment usage
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Basic math and inventory reconciliation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
