Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound shipments with precision using WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance
- Train junior staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse experience with forklift certification
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
