Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract commercial trucks and containers using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Train junior staff on efficient loading techniques and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/loading experience with forklift certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
