Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments using electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Manage inventory accuracy with RF scanning technology
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all warehouse operations
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for seamless workflow
- Train junior staff on safety protocols and equipment usage
- Optimize loading patterns for maximum space utilization
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent required
