Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract 50+ shipments daily using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Verify inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling operations
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight delivery deadlines
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and safety protocols
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse/loading experience with heavy machinery
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
