Responsibilities
- Safely load/untract freight using powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts
- Operate warehouse machinery with precision and efficiency
- Inspect and maintain equipment in optimal condition
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train junior staff on best practices and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse loading experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
