Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/un shipments using manual equipment and forklifts
- Verify inventory accuracy and maintain detailed records
- Operate heavy machinery safely in compliance with OSHA standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety protocols
- Train junior staff on equipment operation and procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
