Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and shipping containers with speed and accuracy.
- Verify incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests using RF scanners.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to ensure optimal workflow and retrieval speed.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and hazards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
