Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and voice-pick technology
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Optimize warehouse workflow through strategic inventory rotation and slotting
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment center experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy with RF scanner experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and punctual work ethic
- Background check and pre-employment drug screen required
