Responsibilities
- Execute high-accuracy order picking using RF scanners and voice-directed technology
- Optimize warehouse workflows to maintain 99.9% order fulfillment rate
- Train new staff on advanced picking techniques and safety protocols
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits with zero-tolerance for discrepancies
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to implement process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse picking experience in high-volume fulfillment centers
- Valid forklift certification and equipment operation proficiency
- Expertise with WMS systems (Manhattan, Blue Yonder, or Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
