Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack 80+ orders per hour using RF scanners and voice-directed picking systems
- Operate powered industrial equipment (PIT) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order discrepancies and optimize workflows
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA and company safety protocols at all times
- Train new associates on picking procedures and equipment operation
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen events
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Valid PIT certification (reach truck or order picker)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy metrics
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with voice-directed picking systems preferred
