Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and voice-directed systems
- Optimize picking routes to maintain 99.5% order accuracy standards
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely in climate-controlled environments
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with WMS software
- Maintain 5S compliance in assigned zones and contribute to continuous improvement
- Train new staff on SOPs and safety protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with WMS systems and RF scanning technology
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Experience with voice-directed picking systems preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
