Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-volume orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily targets
- Inspect and sort inventory to maintain quality control standards
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., order pickers, pallet jacks)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment issues
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- OSHA certification for powered equipment operation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
