Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory using forklifts/pallet jacks
- Perform quality checks and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Operate warehouse equipment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines
- Implement lean practices to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct cycle counts and support inventory audits
- Train new team members on safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/material handling experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent required
