Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanning technology and voice-directed systems
- Optimize warehouse efficiency through strategic slotting and inventory rotation
- Maintain precise inventory records and participate in cycle counts
- Operate powered equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA certification
- Train new team members on warehouse procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with supervisors to resolve fulfillment discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain 5S compliance
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
- Valid forklift certification and RF scanner proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Basic math skills and inventory management knowledge
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
