Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6 months warehouse/material handling experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
