Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Optimize picking routes to meet/exceed 80+ orders per hour targets
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipment
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled zone (40°F-55°F)
- Operate electric pallet jacks and powered equipment safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Participate in quarterly inventory audits with <0.1% variance
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/picking experience in temperature-controlled environments
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology (Zebra/Honeywell)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand 8+ hours
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- WMS experience (Manhattan or Oracle preferred)
- Valid CA driver's license and clean MVR record
