Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance coaching and training
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free work environment
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize productivity and reduce costs
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling
- Conduct regular cycle counts and ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record in team leadership and employee development
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills for process improvement and KPI management
- Forklift certification and equipment operation experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends when required
