Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to achieve 95%+ efficiency targets
- Maintain precise inventory counts and documentation
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily/weekly quotas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2+ years of warehouse picking experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
