Responsibilities
- Pick and pack high-value inventory with 99.5% accuracy using RF scanners
- Optimize picking routes using WMS systems to maximize efficiency
- Operate powered industrial equipment (order pickers, reach trucks)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation tasks
- Maintain strict safety protocols in a climate-controlled facility
- Mentor junior staff on best practices and procedures
- Collaborate with logistics team to resolve fulfillment bottlenecks
Qualifications
- 2+ years high-volume warehouse experience with order picking
- OSHA forklift certification required
- Proficient with RF scanning technology and WMS systems
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
