Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to achieve 99.5% order accuracy
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with safety certification
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors to improve warehouse efficiency
- Train new team members on picking protocols and equipment usage
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse picking/packing experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with RF scanners and WMS software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment
- Preferred: Experience with high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
