Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with high-volume distribution centers
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operator credentials
- Expert proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active)
- Proven track record of reducing operational costs by 10-20%
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory optimization
