Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff through daily operations and performance management
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, ensuring 99.8% inventory accuracy
- Implement lean methodologies to increase productivity and reduce operational costs
- Enforce OSHA compliance and maintain safety standards across all warehouse activities
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless dock scheduling and load optimization
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Prepare operational reports and KPI dashboards for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30 certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated success in inventory reduction and process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
