Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping of high-value inventory
- Manage and mentor 15+ team members through performance reviews and development plans
- Implement lean principles to optimize workflow and reduce operational costs by 15%
- Ensure 100% OSHA/EPA compliance through rigorous safety protocols and inspections
- Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts
- Analyze KPIs to drive continuous improvement in productivity and accuracy metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification and proven safety program implementation
- Expertise in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally and navigate warehouse environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
