Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 15+ warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety and productivity
- Optimize inventory control systems to achieve 99.5% accuracy
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce operational costs by 15%
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with transportation and purchasing departments
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain 0-incident safety records
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage warehouse technology including WMS and automated systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification
- Proven expertise in inventory control and WMS implementation
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in logistics software
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution experience
